Epik MCP

Lemon Domains is the unofficial Epik MCP server. Connect your Epik account by API once, and Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client can answer questions about your Epik domains next to the domains you hold at every other registrar. Connections start read only, so your AI changes only what you allow.

  • “Which of my Epik domains expire in the next 60 days?”
  • “Is auto-renew on for every domain at Epik?”
  • “Did the nameservers change on any of my Epik domains this week?”

Connect Epik to Lemon Domains

Three steps: create a read-only API key at Epik, add it to Lemon Domains, and your domains sync once a day from then on. Connect as many Epik accounts as you have.

Step 1

Create a read-only API key at Epik

Give it the least access you can

Epik has one API signature per account, limited to the IP addresses you list. Lemon Domains only ever reads your domain list with it.

Who can use the API

Any Epik account can use the API once an IP address is added in API Settings.

  1. 1Sign in to Epik and open Profile → API Settings.
  2. 2Add the Lemon Domains IP address shown on this page to the allowed IP addresses and save.
  3. 3Copy the API signature that appears and paste it in Lemon Domains.

Open Epik API settings

Step 2

Add it to Lemon Domains

  1. 1Sign in to Lemon Domains (it's free), open Connections and choose Epik.
  2. 2Give the connection a friendly name, like “Epik personal” or “Epik clients”. Connect each Epik account separately.
  3. 3Paste your api signature.
  4. 4Click Test connection. Lemon Domains checks the API key and shows how many domains it can see, without saving anything.
  5. 5Tick the checkbox to confirm you understand the risks, pick the project new domains go into, and click Connect and import. Your domains appear straight away and sync once a day after that.
Step 3

What Lemon Domains reads

Synced once a day
  • Domain names (including internationalised names)
  • Status, such as active, expired or pending transfer
  • Expiry and registration dates
  • Whether auto-renew is on
  • Nameservers
  • Transfer lock
Read-only by design

Lemon Domains only ever sends read requests to Epik: each integration has a fixed list of read-only calls it may make, so it never renews, transfers or changes a domain. Your API key is encrypted at rest and never shown again.

If something goes wrong

Epik rejects the API key
Copy it again with no spaces at either end. Some registrars only show the secret once, so create a new key if you didn't save it.
Epik rejects calls from Lemon Domains' IP address
Lemon Domains connects from 2.31.94.66. Add it to the API key's allowed IPs at Epik.
Some domains are missing
Make sure the API key belongs to the Epik account (or sub-account) that holds those domains. Connect each account separately.

Rather not use an API key? Import by paste or CSV

Copy your list from the Epik portal, paste it into Lemon Domains, and you're done. Re-import any time to refresh. Paste or CSV import needs no Epik credentials at all.

Open your Epik account

  1. 1Open your Epik account at epik.com and go to the domain list.
  2. 2If the list paginates, switch to "show all" or the largest page size so every Epik domain is visible.
  3. 3Copy the visible list, or export to CSV if Epik offers it from the account area.
  4. 4In Lemon Domains, click Import, paste the list or upload the CSV, and map the columns. Lemon Domains previews everything before it commits.
  5. 5Give the registrar account a friendly label (for example "Epik personal" or "Epik client work") so sub-accounts stay distinct.
