Use at your own risk
Lemon Domains is provided as-is, with no warranties. We take no liability for any problems, losses, or damages you experience from using this tool. You use Lemon Domains, and manage your own domains, entirely at your own risk.
These terms govern your use of Lemon Domains (“Lemon Domains”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Lemon Domains is
Lemon Domains is a domain portfolio manager. It helps you track, organise, and stay on top of domains you already own across multiple registrars.
Lemon Domains does not register, renew, transfer, or otherwise control your domains. Those actions happen at your registrar. We surface expiry dates, renewal status, and reminders on a best-effort basis using data you provide or that we sync, but you remain responsible for renewing and managing your domains at your registrar. We are not liable for missed renewals, lost or expired domains, or inaccuracies in data supplied by registrars or third parties.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Lemon Domains.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials and any access tokens secure, and for all activity under your account and tokens.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything unlawful or to infringe others’ rights.
- Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or its APIs and MCP server.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service without our written permission.
- Add data you do not have the right to use.
Your data
You own the portfolio data you add. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process it so we can provide the service. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data as CSV at any time.
Free service and changes
Lemon Domains is currently free for personal use. We may introduce paid plans for premium features in the future, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
Free tools
Our free tools (such as domain valuations, TLD pricing, WHOIS, DNS, SSL, and email checks) are provided for general information only. Some values, including domain valuations and indicative TLD prices, are estimates or heuristics and may be inaccurate or out of date. Nothing in these tools is professional, financial, or legal advice. Verify anything important independently before relying on it.
Intellectual property
The Lemon Domains name, brand, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to our branding or software beyond using the service as intended.
Third-party services
Registrars, AI clients, and other services you connect to Lemon Domains have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that synced data will be complete or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lemon Domains will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost domains, lost data, lost profits, or lost opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which may be zero while the service is free.
Termination
You can stop using Lemon Domains and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You can export your data before leaving.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lemon Domains operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Specific governing law and venue will be confirmed here.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, give notice in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
