Beget MCP
Lemon Domains is the unofficial Beget MCP server. Connect your Beget account by API once, and Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client can answer questions about your Beget domains next to the domains you hold at every other registrar. Connections start read only, so your AI changes only what you allow.
- “Which of my Beget domains expire in the next 60 days?”
- “Is auto-renew on for every domain at Beget?”
- “Did the nameservers change on any of my Beget domains this week?”

Domain extensions Beget sells
Confirmed on its site: .ru, .ru.net, .su, .рф. The full list is on Beget's price list.
Transferring a domain away from Beget
For .com, .net and other international extensions, request the EPP key in the control panel's Domains section next to the domain. For .ru, .рф and .su, request the AuthInfo code on Beget's site with the administrator's email or phone.
Give the code to the new registrar to start the transfer. Most extensions can't move within 60 days of registration or a previous transfer. Beget's guide

Connect Beget to Lemon Domains
Three steps: create a read-only API login at Beget, add it to Lemon Domains, and your domains sync once a day from then on. Connect as many Beget accounts as you have.
Create a read-only API login at Beget
Beget's API password cannot be limited to read-only: it can use every API function on the account. Use a dedicated API password (not your panel password) and change it if you stop using Lemon Domains.
- 1Sign in to the Beget control panel and open the API section (Settings → API).
- 2Turn on API access and set an API password. Do not reuse your control panel password.
- 3If you limit the key to certain IP addresses, allow the Lemon Domains IP address shown on the connect page.
- 4Enter your account login and the API password in Lemon Domains.
Add it to Lemon Domains
- 1Sign in to Lemon Domains (it's free), open Connections and choose Beget.
- 2Give the connection a friendly name, like “Beget personal” or “Beget clients”. Connect each Beget account separately.
- 3Paste your account login and api password.
- 4Click Test connection. Lemon Domains checks the API login and shows how many domains it can see, without saving anything.
- 5Tick the checkbox to confirm you understand the risks, pick the project new domains go into, and click Connect and import. Your domains appear straight away and sync once a day after that.
What Lemon Domains reads
- Domain names (including internationalised names)
- Status, such as active, expired or pending transfer
- Expiry and registration dates
- Whether auto-renew is on
Lemon Domains only ever sends read requests to Beget: each integration has a fixed list of read-only calls it may make, so it never renews, transfers or changes a domain. Your API login is encrypted at rest and never shown again.
If something goes wrong
- Beget rejects the API login
- Copy it again with no spaces at either end. Check the login is the API user, not a different account.
- The key has an IP restriction
- Lemon Domains connects from 2.31.94.66. Add it to the API login's allowed IPs, or remove the restriction.
- Some domains are missing
- Make sure the API login belongs to the Beget account (or sub-account) that holds those domains. Connect each account separately.
Rather not use an API login? Import by paste or CSV
Copy your list from the Beget portal, paste it into Lemon Domains, and you're done. Re-import any time to refresh. Paste or CSV import needs no Beget credentials at all.
- 1Open your Beget account at beget.com and go to the domain list.
- 2If the list paginates, switch to "show all" or the largest page size so every Beget domain is visible.
- 3Copy the visible list, or export to CSV if Beget offers it from the account area.
- 4In Lemon Domains, click Import, paste the list or upload the CSV, and map the columns. Lemon Domains previews everything before it commits.
- 5Give the registrar account a friendly label (for example "Beget personal" or "Beget client work") so sub-accounts stay distinct.

Frequently asked questions
Does Lemon Domains support Beget domains?
Yes. Connect your Beget account with its API login and Lemon Domains syncs your domains automatically once a day. You can also import by pasting your domain list from the Beget dashboard or uploading a CSV export. Multiple Beget accounts are supported with friendly labels so sub-accounts stay distinct in the unified portfolio.
How do I get a Beget API login?
Sign in to the Beget control panel and open the API section (Settings → API). Turn on API access and set an API password. Do not reuse your control panel password. If you limit the key to certain IP addresses, allow the Lemon Domains IP address shown on the connect page. Enter your account login and the API password in Lemon Domains. Beget's API password cannot be limited to read-only: it can use every API function on the account. Use a dedicated API password (not your panel password) and change it if you stop using Lemon Domains.
Do I need to share my Beget password?
Only if you connect by API. Beget's API signs in with a username and password rather than an API key. Beget's API password cannot be limited to read-only: it can use every API function on the account. Use a dedicated API password (not your panel password) and change it if you stop using Lemon Domains. Credentials are encrypted at rest. Lemon Domains only ever sends read requests. If you would rather not, paste or CSV import needs no credentials at all.
Can I track multiple Beget accounts?
Yes. Add one connection per Beget account, each with its own friendly name. Personal and business logins, sub-accounts, and client accounts all sit side by side in one dashboard.
Does Lemon Domains renew my Beget domains?
No. Renewal still happens at Beget. Lemon Domains tracks expiry dates and auto-renew status so you know exactly when to act, but the renewal button stays at Beget.
Can AI assistants query my Beget domains?
Yes. The Lemon Domains MCP server lets ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and any MCP client query your full portfolio, including Beget domains, in plain English. Choose read-only or read-and-write access for each token.
Is Beget ICANN-accredited?
Yes. Beget is on the ICANN list of accredited registrars, so it can register generic extensions such as .com directly with the registries.
What is Beget's IANA ID?
3806. The IANA registrar ID appears in the registrar field of a domain's public record, so it shows which registrar a domain is with.
Is there an MCP server for Beget domains?
Yes. Lemon Domains connects to Beget by API and serves your Beget domains through its remote MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and any MCP client can answer questions about them. It is independent of Beget and not affiliated with it, so the same connection also covers your domains at every other registrar.
Does Beget have an API?
Yes. Lemon Domains connects to Beget by API and syncs your domain list every day, with expiry dates and renewal settings. Your AI assistant can then answer questions about those domains through the Lemon Domains MCP server.
