Connect Webglobe to Lemon Domains
Three steps: create a read-only API key at Webglobe, add it to Lemon Domains, and your domains sync once a day from then on. Connect as many Webglobe accounts as you have.
Create a read-only API key at Webglobe
A Webglobe API token signs in as the login it belongs to. Create a token just for Lemon Domains so you can delete it on its own; Lemon Domains only ever signs in and reads the domain list.
- 1Sign in to the Webglobe administration with the login that holds your domains.
- 2In your user settings, create an API token and name it “Lemon Domains”.
- 3Copy the token, and enter it in Lemon Domains together with your login name.
Add it to Lemon Domains
- 1Sign in to Lemon Domains (it's free), open Connections and choose Webglobe.
- 2Give the connection a friendly name, like “Webglobe personal” or “Webglobe clients”. Connect each Webglobe account separately.
- 3Paste your login name and api token.
- 4Click Test connection. Lemon Domains checks the API key and shows how many domains it can see, without saving anything.
- 5Tick the checkbox to confirm you understand the risks, pick the project new domains go into, and click Connect and import. Your domains appear straight away and sync once a day after that.
What Lemon Domains reads
- Domain names (including internationalised names)
- Status, such as active, expired or pending transfer
- Expiry and registration dates
Lemon Domains only ever sends read requests to Webglobe: each integration has a fixed list of read-only calls it may make, so it never renews, transfers or changes a domain. Your API key is encrypted at rest and never shown again.
If something goes wrong
- Webglobe rejects the API key
- Copy it again with no spaces at either end. Some registrars only show the secret once, so create a new key if you didn't save it.
- The key has an IP restriction
- Lemon Domains connects from 2.31.94.66. Add it to the API key's allowed IPs, or remove the restriction.
- Some domains are missing
- Make sure the API key belongs to the Webglobe account (or sub-account) that holds those domains. Connect each account separately.
Rather not use an API key? Import by paste or CSV
Copy your list from the Webglobe portal, paste it into Lemon Domains, and you're done. Re-import any time to refresh.
- 1Open your Webglobe account at webglobe.com and go to the domain list.
- 2If the list paginates, switch to "show all" or the largest page size so every Webglobe domain is visible.
- 3Copy the visible list, or export to CSV if Webglobe offers it from the account area.
- 4In Lemon Domains, click Import, paste the list or upload the CSV, and map the columns. Lemon Domains previews everything before it commits.
- 5Give the registrar account a friendly label (for example "Webglobe personal" or "Webglobe client work") so sub-accounts stay distinct.
- Paste or CSV import needs no Webglobe credentials at all.
- Webglobe sub-accounts are supported. Add one Lemon Domains entry per Webglobe account with its own label.
How Webglobe fits into Lemon Domains
Pulled into one dashboard
Every Webglobe domain you own sits next to your domains from every other registrar. Same list, same search.
Expiry tracking, finally
Lemon Domains shows live expiry countdowns and filters by expiry window (under 30 days, 31-90 days, later) for every Webglobe domain so you stop missing renewals.
Daily sync by API
Connect Webglobe with an API key and Lemon Domains syncs your domains once a day. Hit Sync now whenever you want a fresh copy.
Why Lemon Domains beats the Webglobe dashboard
- Every Webglobe domain in one sortable list, no pagination
- Live expiry countdowns and 30 and 90 day expiry windows, not just a date column
- Project folders for client work, brands, and experiments
- Multiple Webglobe accounts with friendly labels, side by side
- Daily sync by API, plus a Sync now button
- Unified view with GoDaddy, Porkbun, Namecheap, and every other registrar
- MCP server access so your AI assistant can answer Webglobe portfolio questions
Ask your AI assistant about your Webglobe domains
Connect the Lemon Domains MCP server to Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP client that can send a Bearer header. "What Webglobe domains do I have expiring this month?" becomes a one-line question.
Webglobe + Lemon Domains FAQ
Does Lemon Domains support Webglobe domains?
Yes. Connect your Webglobe account with an API key and Lemon Domains syncs your domains automatically once a day. You can also import by pasting your domain list from the Webglobe dashboard or uploading a CSV export. Multiple Webglobe accounts are supported with friendly labels so sub-accounts stay distinct in the unified portfolio.
How is this different from the Webglobe dashboard?
Webglobe is an established registrar, but its built-in dashboard is account-scoped and not designed for portfolio thinking. Lemon Domains puts every Webglobe domain into one searchable, sortable list, adds live expiry countdowns, expiry window filters (under 30 days, 31-90 days, later), and project folders, and unifies Webglobe with every other registrar you use.
Do I need to share my Webglobe password?
No. Connecting by API uses an API key you create at Webglobe, not your password. A Webglobe API token signs in as the login it belongs to. Create a token just for Lemon Domains so you can delete it on its own; Lemon Domains only ever signs in and reads the domain list. Keys are encrypted at rest, and Lemon Domains only ever sends read requests. Or skip the API and paste your list or upload a CSV.
Can I track multiple Webglobe accounts?
Yes. Add one connection per Webglobe account, each with its own friendly name. Personal and business logins, sub-accounts, and client accounts all sit side by side in one dashboard.
Does Lemon Domains renew my Webglobe domains?
No. Renewal still happens at Webglobe. Lemon Domains tracks expiry dates and auto-renew status so you know exactly when to act, but the renewal button stays at Webglobe.
Can AI assistants query my Webglobe domains?
Yes. The Lemon Domains MCP server lets Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and any MCP client that can send a Bearer header query your full portfolio, including Webglobe domains, in plain English. Choose read-only or read-and-write access for each token.
