Connect Subreg.cz to Lemon Domains

Three steps: create a read-only API login at Subreg.cz, add it to Lemon Domains, and your domains sync once a day from then on. Connect as many Subreg.cz accounts as you have.

Step 1

Create a read-only API login at Subreg.cz

Give it the least access you can

Subreg API logins use the account's own login and password, and only work from the IP addresses you allow in the API settings. Lemon Domains only ever calls Login and Domains_List.

  1. 1Sign in to Subreg.cz and open the API settings of your account.
  2. 2Add the Lemon Domains IP address shown on this page to the allowed IP addresses and save. Subreg only accepts API logins from allowed addresses.
  3. 3Enter your Subreg login and the password it uses for API access.

Open Subreg.cz API settings

Step 2

Add it to Lemon Domains

  1. 1Sign in to Lemon Domains (it's free), open Connections and choose Subreg.cz.
  2. 2Give the connection a friendly name, like “Subreg.cz personal” or “Subreg.cz clients”. Connect each Subreg.cz account separately.
  3. 3Paste your login and password.
  4. 4Click Test connection. Lemon Domains checks the API login and shows how many domains it can see, without saving anything.
  5. 5Tick the checkbox to confirm you understand the risks, pick the project new domains go into, and click Connect and import. Your domains appear straight away and sync once a day after that.
Step 3

What Lemon Domains reads

Synced once a day
  • Domain names (including internationalised names)
  • Status, such as active, expired or pending transfer
  • Expiry and registration dates
  • Whether auto-renew is on
Read-only by design

Lemon Domains only ever sends read requests to Subreg.cz: each integration has a fixed list of read-only calls it may make, so it never renews, transfers or changes a domain. Your API login is encrypted at rest and never shown again.

If something goes wrong

Subreg.cz rejects the API login
Copy it again with no spaces at either end. Check the login is the API user, not a different account.
Subreg.cz rejects calls from Lemon Domains' IP address
Lemon Domains connects from 2.31.94.66. Add it to the API login's allowed IPs at Subreg.cz.
Some domains are missing
Make sure the API login belongs to the Subreg.cz account (or sub-account) that holds those domains. Connect each account separately.

Rather not use an API login? Import by paste or CSV

Copy your list from the Subreg.cz portal, paste it into Lemon Domains, and you're done. Re-import any time to refresh.

Open Subreg.cz

  1. 1Open your Subreg.cz account at subreg.cz and go to the domain list.
  2. 2If the list paginates, switch to "show all" or the largest page size so every Subreg.cz domain is visible.
  3. 3Copy the visible list, or export to CSV if Subreg.cz offers it from the account area.
  4. 4In Lemon Domains, click Import, paste the list or upload the CSV, and map the columns. Lemon Domains previews everything before it commits.
  5. 5Give the registrar account a friendly label (for example "Subreg.cz personal" or "Subreg.cz client work") so sub-accounts stay distinct.
Heads up
  • Paste or CSV import needs no Subreg.cz credentials at all.
  • Subreg.cz sub-accounts are supported. Add one Lemon Domains entry per Subreg.cz account with its own label.

Subreg.cz + Lemon Domains FAQ

Does Lemon Domains support Subreg.cz domains?

Yes. Connect your Subreg.cz account with its API login and Lemon Domains syncs your domains automatically once a day. You can also import by pasting your domain list from the Subreg.cz dashboard or uploading a CSV export. Multiple Subreg.cz accounts are supported with friendly labels so sub-accounts stay distinct in the unified portfolio.

How is this different from the Subreg.cz dashboard?

Subreg.cz is an established registrar, but its built-in dashboard is account-scoped and not designed for portfolio thinking. Lemon Domains puts every Subreg.cz domain into one searchable, sortable list, adds live expiry countdowns, expiry window filters (under 30 days, 31-90 days, later), and project folders, and unifies Subreg.cz with every other registrar you use.

Do I need to share my Subreg.cz password?

Only if you connect by API. Subreg.cz's API signs in with a username and password rather than an API key. Subreg API logins use the account's own login and password, and only work from the IP addresses you allow in the API settings. Lemon Domains only ever calls Login and Domains_List. Credentials are encrypted at rest, and Lemon Domains only ever sends read requests. If you would rather not, paste or CSV import needs no credentials at all.

Can I track multiple Subreg.cz accounts?

Yes. Add one connection per Subreg.cz account, each with its own friendly name. Personal and business logins, sub-accounts, and client accounts all sit side by side in one dashboard.

Does Lemon Domains renew my Subreg.cz domains?

No. Renewal still happens at Subreg.cz. Lemon Domains tracks expiry dates and auto-renew status so you know exactly when to act, but the renewal button stays at Subreg.cz.

Can AI assistants query my Subreg.cz domains?

Yes. The Lemon Domains MCP server lets Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and any MCP client that can send a Bearer header query your full portfolio, including Subreg.cz domains, in plain English. Choose read-only or read-and-write access for each token.
