Connect Level27 to Lemon Domains

Three steps: create a read-only API key at Level27, add it to Lemon Domains, and your domains sync once a day from then on. Connect as many Level27 accounts as you have.

Step 1

Create a read-only API key at Level27

Give it the least access you can

Level27 API keys act as the user who creates them. For the narrowest access, create the key as a user who only needs to see the organisation's domains, and keep it just for Lemon Domains so you can revoke it on its own. Lemon Domains only ever reads the domain list.

  1. 1Sign in to the Level27 control panel and open your profile's Security page.
  2. 2Create a new API key and name it “Lemon Domains”.
  3. 3Copy the key.

Open Level27 API settings

Step 2

Add it to Lemon Domains

  1. 1Sign in to Lemon Domains (it's free), open Connections and choose Level27.
  2. 2Give the connection a friendly name, like “Level27 personal” or “Level27 clients”. Connect each Level27 account separately.
  3. 3Paste your api key.
  4. 4Click Test connection. Lemon Domains checks the API key and shows how many domains it can see, without saving anything.
  5. 5Tick the checkbox to confirm you understand the risks, pick the project new domains go into, and click Connect and import. Your domains appear straight away and sync once a day after that.
Step 3

What Lemon Domains reads

Synced once a day
  • Domain names (including internationalised names)
  • Status, such as active, expired or pending transfer
  • Expiry and registration dates
  • Nameservers
Read-only by design

Lemon Domains only ever sends read requests to Level27: each integration has a fixed list of read-only calls it may make, so it never renews, transfers or changes a domain. Your API key is encrypted at rest and never shown again.

If something goes wrong

Level27 rejects the API key
Copy it again with no spaces at either end. Some registrars only show the secret once, so create a new key if you didn't save it.
The key has an IP restriction
Lemon Domains connects from 2.31.94.66. Add it to the API key's allowed IPs, or remove the restriction.
Some domains are missing
Make sure the API key belongs to the Level27 account (or sub-account) that holds those domains. Connect each account separately.

Rather not use an API key? Import by paste or CSV

Copy your list from the Level27 portal, paste it into Lemon Domains, and you're done. Re-import any time to refresh.

Open the Level27 control panel

  1. 1Open your Level27 account at level27.be and go to the domain list.
  2. 2If the list paginates, switch to "show all" or the largest page size so every Level27 domain is visible.
  3. 3Copy the visible list, or export to CSV if Level27 offers it from the account area.
  4. 4In Lemon Domains, click Import, paste the list or upload the CSV, and map the columns. Lemon Domains previews everything before it commits.
  5. 5Give the registrar account a friendly label (for example "Level27 personal" or "Level27 client work") so sub-accounts stay distinct.
Heads up
  • Paste or CSV import needs no Level27 credentials at all.
  • Level27 sub-accounts are supported. Add one Lemon Domains entry per Level27 account with its own label.

How Level27 fits into Lemon Domains

Pulled into one dashboard

Every Level27 domain you own sits next to your domains from every other registrar. Same list, same search.

Expiry tracking, finally

Lemon Domains shows live expiry countdowns and filters by expiry window (under 30 days, 31-90 days, later) for every Level27 domain so you stop missing renewals.

Daily sync by API

Connect Level27 with an API key and Lemon Domains syncs your domains once a day. Hit Sync now whenever you want a fresh copy.

Why Lemon Domains beats the Level27 dashboard

  • Every Level27 domain in one sortable list, no pagination
  • Live expiry countdowns and 30 and 90 day expiry windows, not just a date column
  • Project folders for client work, brands, and experiments
  • Multiple Level27 accounts with friendly labels, side by side
  • Daily sync by API, plus a Sync now button
  • Unified view with GoDaddy, Porkbun, Namecheap, and every other registrar
  • MCP server access so your AI assistant can answer Level27 portfolio questions

Ask your AI assistant about your Level27 domains

Connect the Lemon Domains MCP server to Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP client that can send a Bearer header. "What Level27 domains do I have expiring this month?" becomes a one-line question.

Level27 + Lemon Domains FAQ

Does Lemon Domains support Level27 domains?

Yes. Connect your Level27 account with an API key and Lemon Domains syncs your domains automatically once a day. You can also import by pasting your domain list from the Level27 dashboard or uploading a CSV export. Multiple Level27 accounts are supported with friendly labels so sub-accounts stay distinct in the unified portfolio.

How is this different from the Level27 dashboard?

Level27 is an established registrar, but its built-in dashboard is account-scoped and not designed for portfolio thinking. Lemon Domains puts every Level27 domain into one searchable, sortable list, adds live expiry countdowns, expiry window filters (under 30 days, 31-90 days, later), and project folders, and unifies Level27 with every other registrar you use.

Do I need to share my Level27 password?

No. Connecting by API uses an API key you create at Level27, not your password. Level27 API keys act as the user who creates them. For the narrowest access, create the key as a user who only needs to see the organisation's domains, and keep it just for Lemon Domains so you can revoke it on its own. Lemon Domains only ever reads the domain list. Keys are encrypted at rest, and Lemon Domains only ever sends read requests. Or skip the API and paste your list or upload a CSV.

Can I track multiple Level27 accounts?

Yes. Add one connection per Level27 account, each with its own friendly name. Personal and business logins, sub-accounts, and client accounts all sit side by side in one dashboard.

Does Lemon Domains renew my Level27 domains?

No. Renewal still happens at Level27. Lemon Domains tracks expiry dates and auto-renew status so you know exactly when to act, but the renewal button stays at Level27.

Can AI assistants query my Level27 domains?

Yes. The Lemon Domains MCP server lets Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and any MCP client that can send a Bearer header query your full portfolio, including Level27 domains, in plain English. Choose read-only or read-and-write access for each token.
