Connect Com Laude to Lemon Domains

Three steps: create a read-only API login at Com Laude, add it to Lemon Domains, and your domains sync once a day from then on. Connect as many Com Laude accounts as you have.

Step 1

Create a read-only API login at Com Laude

Give it the least access you can

A dedicated Com Laude API user with read-only access to the group that holds your domains. Lemon Domains only ever signs in and searches that group's domains.

Who can use the API

Com Laude sets up API access for its corporate clients through their account manager.

  1. 1Ask your Com Laude account manager for an API user with read access to your domains, if you do not have one.
  2. 2Note the API user's username, password and API key.
  3. 3Copy the group ID from your user profile in the Com Laude portal.
  4. 4Enter all four in Lemon Domains.

Open Com Laude API settings

Step 2

Add it to Lemon Domains

  1. 1Sign in to Lemon Domains (it's free), open Connections and choose Com Laude.
  2. 2Give the connection a friendly name, like “Com Laude personal” or “Com Laude clients”. Connect each Com Laude account separately.
  3. 3Paste your api username, password, api key and group id.
  4. 4Click Test connection. Lemon Domains checks the API login and shows how many domains it can see, without saving anything.
  5. 5Tick the checkbox to confirm you understand the risks, pick the project new domains go into, and click Connect and import. Your domains appear straight away and sync once a day after that.
Step 3

What Lemon Domains reads

Synced once a day
  • Domain names (including internationalised names)
  • Status, such as active, expired or pending transfer
  • Expiry and registration dates
Read-only by design

Lemon Domains only ever sends read requests to Com Laude: each integration has a fixed list of read-only calls it may make, so it never renews, transfers or changes a domain. Your API login is encrypted at rest and never shown again.

If something goes wrong

Com Laude rejects the API login
Copy it again with no spaces at either end. Check the login is the API user, not a different account.
The key has an IP restriction
Lemon Domains connects from 2.31.94.66. Add it to the API login's allowed IPs, or remove the restriction.
Some domains are missing
Make sure the API login belongs to the Com Laude account (or sub-account) that holds those domains. Connect each account separately.

Rather not use an API login? Import by paste or CSV

Copy your list from the Com Laude portal, paste it into Lemon Domains, and you're done. Re-import any time to refresh.

Visit Com Laude

  1. 1Open your Com Laude account at comlaude.com and go to the domain list.
  2. 2If the list paginates, switch to "show all" or the largest page size so every Com Laude domain is visible.
  3. 3Copy the visible list, or export to CSV if Com Laude offers it from the account area.
  4. 4In Lemon Domains, click Import, paste the list or upload the CSV, and map the columns. Lemon Domains previews everything before it commits.
  5. 5Give the registrar account a friendly label (for example "Com Laude personal" or "Com Laude client work") so sub-accounts stay distinct.
Heads up
  • Paste or CSV import needs no Com Laude credentials at all.
  • Com Laude sub-accounts are supported. Add one Lemon Domains entry per Com Laude account with its own label.

How Com Laude fits into Lemon Domains

Pulled into one dashboard

Every Com Laude domain you own sits next to your domains from every other registrar. Same list, same search.

Expiry tracking, finally

Lemon Domains shows live expiry countdowns and filters by expiry window (under 30 days, 31-90 days, later) for every Com Laude domain so you stop missing renewals.

Daily sync by API

Connect Com Laude with its API login and Lemon Domains syncs your domains once a day. Hit Sync now whenever you want a fresh copy.

  • Daily sync by API, plus a Sync now button
  • Unified view with GoDaddy, Porkbun, Namecheap, and every other registrar

Ask your AI assistant about your Com Laude domains

Connect the Lemon Domains MCP server to Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP client that can send a Bearer header. "What Com Laude domains do I have expiring this month?" becomes a one-line question.

Com Laude + Lemon Domains FAQ

Does Lemon Domains support Com Laude domains?

Yes. Connect your Com Laude account with its API login and Lemon Domains syncs your domains automatically once a day. Com Laude sets up API access for its corporate clients through their account manager. You can also import by pasting your domain list from the Com Laude dashboard or uploading a CSV export. Multiple Com Laude accounts are supported with friendly labels so sub-accounts stay distinct in the unified portfolio.

How is this different from the Com Laude dashboard?

Com Laude is an established registrar, but its built-in dashboard is account-scoped and not designed for portfolio thinking. Lemon Domains puts every Com Laude domain into one searchable, sortable list, adds live expiry countdowns, expiry window filters (under 30 days, 31-90 days, later), and project folders, and unifies Com Laude with every other registrar you use.

Do I need to share my Com Laude password?

Only if you connect by API. Com Laude's API signs in with a username and password rather than an API key. A dedicated Com Laude API user with read-only access to the group that holds your domains. Lemon Domains only ever signs in and searches that group's domains. Credentials are encrypted at rest, and Lemon Domains only ever sends read requests. If you would rather not, paste or CSV import needs no credentials at all.

Can I track multiple Com Laude accounts?

Yes. Add one connection per Com Laude account, each with its own friendly name. Personal and business logins, sub-accounts, and client accounts all sit side by side in one dashboard.

Does Lemon Domains renew my Com Laude domains?

No. Renewal still happens at Com Laude. Lemon Domains tracks expiry dates and auto-renew status so you know exactly when to act, but the renewal button stays at Com Laude.

Can AI assistants query my Com Laude domains?

Yes. The Lemon Domains MCP server lets Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and any MCP client that can send a Bearer header query your full portfolio, including Com Laude domains, in plain English. Choose read-only or read-and-write access for each token.
